Sunshine Coast Resident Wins 'Life Changing' Cash Prize

First National Real Estate is pleased to announce that Maroochydore resident Ben Kelly is the winner of the Sunshine Coast Summer of Cash Competition, which required participants to list their property for sale or rent to be in the running.
 
All Sunshine Coast First National offices contributed funds to make the competition a possibility.
 
Ben Kelly purchased his home through Shane Purssell of First National Real Estate back in 2009, then relisted his home for sale with First National during the competition period.
 
Mr Kelly has just started his own small business called Benkel, which specialises in mini excavators and earthmovers so the timing couldn’t possibly be better. He intends investing his $10,000 cash prize in the marketing and general funding of his new enterprise.
 
He was presented with a cheque for $10,000 by First National Coastal principals Paul and Lisa Angell as well as his agent Shane Purssell on Tuesday this week.
 
‘This win is absolutely massive. It’s life changing for me’ says Mr Kelly.
 
‘First National Real Estate was awesome to deal with when I bought my investment property, so it was an easy choice to list my home with them again when the time came to sell. Winning the cash prize was so unexpected and I’m so grateful that I’ll be able to use it to help assure the future of my new business.’
 
According to Shane Purssell, he lives on repeat business.

According to First National Coastal principal Paul Angell, First Nationals’ agents across the Sunshine Coast worked hard to get information about the competition out to the entire community, so as many people could enter as possible.
